Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers purchased through www.chantellewareham.co.uk.
By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
1. Purchasing Gift Vouchers
1.1. Gift vouchers are available to purchase online through www.chantellewareham.co.uk.
1.2. Gift vouchers are issued in pounds sterling (GBP) and are available in the monetary denominations displayed at checkout.
1.3. Gift vouchers may be purchased for personal use or gifted to another person.
1.4. Payment must be completed in full before a gift voucher is issued.
2. Validity & Expiry
2.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2. The expiry date will be displayed on the gift voucher.
2.3. Gift vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date. Any unused balance will expire after this date, subject to applicable consumer rights.
2.4. Extensions may be considered at the discretion of Chantelle Wareham Makeup Artist. Please get in touch before your voucher expires if you require assistance.
3. Redeeming Your Gift Voucher
3.1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards makeup lessons with Chantelle Wareham Makeup Artist at the private studio in Aylesbeare, Devon.
3.2. All makeup lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.3. If the cost of a makeup lesson exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
3.4. If the cost of a makeup lesson is less than the gift voucher value, the remaining balance may be used towards another eligible booking before the expiry date.
3.5. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift vouchers, except where required by law.
3.6. Gift vouchers may be transferred or gifted to another person, provided they remain valid and have an available balance.
4. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule a makeup lesson.
4.2. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, a reasonable cancellation charge may apply to cover losses resulting from the cancellation. Any applicable charge will be explained and will not exceed the reasonable net loss incurred.
4.3. Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice may also result in a reasonable cancellation charge.
4.4. If Chantelle Wareham Makeup Artist needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, an alternative date will be offered. Where an alternative cannot be agreed, the customer will be entitled to an appropriate refund or restoration of the voucher balance.
5. Refunds & Consumer Rights
5.1. Customers purchasing gift vouchers online may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to applicable exceptions.
5.2. To request cancellation of a voucher purchase, please contact Chantelle Wareham Makeup Artist using the contact details provided on the website, stating your order number and purchase details.
5.3. Where a statutory cancellation right applies and is exercised within the relevant period, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
5.4. Outside any applicable statutory cancellation period, gift vouchers are generally non-refundable for a change of mind.
5.5. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
6. Lost or Unauthorised Use
6.1. Gift vouchers contain a unique redemption code, which should be kept secure.
6.2. If a voucher is lost, deleted or believed to have been used without authorisation, please contact Chantelle Wareham Makeup Artist as soon as possible.
6.3. Where purchase details can be verified, reasonable efforts will be made to assist with recovering or replacing an unused voucher.
7. Promotional Gift Vouchers
7.1. Gift vouchers purchased during promotional periods, including Black Friday, may be subject to additional promotional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
7.2. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
7.3. Any restrictions or expiry dates specific to a promotion will be clearly communicated before purchase.
